Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Karqi service and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. You must not

• use the Service in any way that breaks UK law or the laws of any country from which you access it;
• upload, post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene or that infringes anyone else's rights;
• upload personal data of any individual without a lawful basis to do so;
• upload viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, or any other malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the underlying systems and infrastructure;
• probe, scan or test the Service's vulnerability without our prior written permission;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted by us;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service except to the extent allowed by law;
• resell, sublicense or otherwise make the Service available to a third party as a service in its own right;
• use the Service to send unsolicited marketing or spam;
• impersonate any other person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

2. Consequences

We may investigate suspected breaches. Where we believe a breach has occurred we may, at our discretion, warn you, remove offending content, suspend access or terminate the Subscription. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
